In my slightly-north-of-central-Alabama dialect, not only is "used to
could" common, but a perhaps analogous construction, "might should
ought to" is also. That last one is the only "triple-decker" modal
that I can recall using naturally (as long as the "ought to" is
pronounced "awda", of course).
