<br>A student of mine is interested in the appropriation of degrogatory terms
<br>by groups which the terms are used against. An example of this would
<br>be the use of the word  queer  by the homosexual rights group
<br> Queer Nation . Can anyone direct us to work which has been done on
<br>this subject? We will, of course, summarize your responses.
