The only thing I remember was a country song from the early '70s called

"Convoy" by C.W. McCall. The convoy included:



"...eleven long-haired friends of Jesus in a chartreuse microbus."



Being a small child in an extremely conservative small town, I had no

idea what a "microbus" (or "chartreuse" for that matter) was.
