As a rank outsider and lurker, it's presumptuous of me to suggest

anything, but wouldn't a fully networked ADS do away with much of the

need for an annual meeting. The main business could be handled easily

over the net, and the organization would benefit by being more open to

more members. How many folks want to and/or can afford to go to more

than one annual meeeting?
