A roundabout is a traffic circle, but we don't have many left in the U.S.

because they're too dangerous. European 'circuses' have sufficient

historic significance, I suspect, that your highway planners keep the

roundabouts, but we've "modernized." A roundabout is a circle with

several streets coming into it, isn't it?
