Is anyone familiar with the term "lugen" to mean 'a person of Lithuanian

descent'? It seems to be especially common in Chicago. Tom Cresswell, do

you know it? Virginia McDavid? If you're familiar with the word, please

let me know when and where you heard it, and whether it's neutral or
