I've argued that that doesn't make sense, at least with videos that are sold -- e.g., "American Tongues." If it's legal to tape from tv, why would people buy the tapes? Another question about "American Tongues": Are there two slightly different versions of it? I'm almost positive I've seen slightly different versions. Btw, I agree with the people who have given "American Tongues" glowing reports.
