Subject: Letter distribution in names?



I don't know if anyone has done any research on this, but

I am trying to find a list of letter distribution in male

and female given names. That is, what is the frequency of

a given letter in a corpus consisting of given names? If

anyone knows of such a study, or if there is an existing

corpus of given names that could be sorted electronically,

please let me know.
