I have a suspicion what happened: the head of the Consortium for

Language Teaching and Learning in New Haven is Peter Patrikis,

and he must have been in some listing one line below you.

The Consortium is a group of universities, and has some funds

to make small grants supporting innovative approaches to

foreign-language teaching.
