10023. Sorry it took me a while to reply, Peter; I just came back from New

Orleans. I had to participate in the LSoRB meeting after the LSA. The book

is supposed to be very inexpensive. I bought my copy for $1 from one of the

translators, but I think it was a promotional price. In any case, it should

cost less than $10.oo.
