Subject: Re: Animals and Energy



It seems to me that we've always used 'energy' when referring to animals.

Many descriptions of breeds carry 'energetic' or 'very energetic' (except

when describing St. Bernards, of course).



In another vein, much of the world is powered by animal energy. Oxen pull

plows in much of Africa and parts of Europe and South America. Even in

America we use horses for power on some farms.
