Subject: correction on TV & dialect discussion



I seem to have made a slight phonetic error in my comment on the word TV

as it is used in Britain. I believe that I said that it was [tEle] which

is actually incorrect; it is [tEli]. Again, E stands for the front

mid-open vowel.
