Subject: Denny's, etc restaurants



ADSers,



After living in Japan for a couple of years, I'm not always sure when a word

is English or a Japanese coinage (ie, pantystocking (pantyhose) and autobike

(not in my dialect, anyway)). A question was just brought up on the

Japanese translators' forum concerning restaurants like Denny's. What do

people call them in everyday parlance?
