I don't remember using "do him" for heterosexual interecourse in the 1950s.
It always meant 'give him a blowjob' and was (or so I thought) homosexual
slang. Maybe it was the language of prosititutes as well? Did you check the
obvious slang dictionary sources before asking this question?
