Subject: seeking regional discussion



  I know this is of the subject(s), but does anyone out there know of any

general-interest discussion groups on Internet, WWW, whatever, in the Washington,

D.C., area or the Charleston, W.Va., area? I need to locate some sources in those

areas for a book I am doing.
