Interesting.... I've been in Utah Valley (50 miles south of Salt Lake)

for 12 years, and have not noticed that usage here. On the other hand, I

heard it quite regularly at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.



Did your friend grow up in Salt Lake?
