A couple years ago, I began to notice how often this was used when the "we" was one person. Most of the people I've heard saying this whose backgrounds I know come from the Twin Cities or rural Minnesota. But one grew up in North Carolina. I wonder if this is found elsewhere in the Upper Midwest? Dan Goodman
