I've never heard 'inserviced' as a verb but this is teacher jargon meaning

workshops done for teachers. In my district in Arkansas, teachers are required

to have 30 hours of 'inservice' credit per year to keep certificates active.

Sounds as if someone is coming to the school to give teachers instruction

in the use of their new e-mail set up.
