Murray with the assistance of Carmin D. Ross-Murray. This is a sequel to their essay "On the Legality and Ethics of Surreptitious Recording" in PADS 76 (1991). The new volume updates the information on federal and state laws, offers further explanations, and answers questions posed by readers of that essay.
