With a schwa and no glide. I hear it that way from time to time. Kate

Jackson (I think that's her name, anyway), the former Charlie's Angel

from the '70s TV series, says it that way in TV commercials for Lincoln

Mercury, for example. (I assume the commercials are broadcast nation

wide, but I have no way of knowing for sure.)
