Right, "4 and oh". Also "oh for four" (a batter in baseball, a foul-shooter in

basketball, a hockey team on power plays, etc.). But I'm sure I've never heard

of a team winning "4 to oh" or "4-oh". On the other hand, a birthday can be

"the big 4-oh", i.e. one's 40th.
