I know AHD doesn't list it as regional, but does anybody know of

it being found anywhere inland? It may be in mainstream language, but is

it in non-coastal language?



It's definitely part of my own vocabulary, and I've lived in (inland)

Texas most of my life. I'm 39, but I associate the term with people 5-10

years younger than I am.
