All right, accuse me of being one of those who is/are always

self-promoting, but see WDEU under "one of those who", beginning on

page 689. The NYorker is OK:

   I am one of those People who by the general Opinion of the World

   are counted both Infamous and Unhappy--Joseph Addison, The

  Spectator

On the other hand,

   My worthy Friend Sir Roger is one of those who is not only at

   Peace with himself, but beloved and esteemed by all about him--
