Thanks! I doubt if I would have noticed this, but



I grew up on tennis shoes. But now, when I mean the all purpose,

not for a specific function, canvas shoe thing, I say/think sneaker.

And yes, I think it's because, running shoes are for running, aerobic

shoes are for aerobics, and I can't afford them, but if I could, my

tennis shoes would be for tennis. And I'd still need sneakers.
