I don't think there's much overlap in Chicago about downtown/inner city.

The "inner city" part seems to me to be west and south of the Loop,

while downtown is the Loop/Mag. Mile area.



Any other Chicagoans have the same feeling? Now that I live in

Logan Square I'm not spending as much time in the Loop.
