It may be because I am not particularly interested in information about the

September 1 deadline, but I laughed out loud while reading the messages

about the uuencoded document. Y'all (youse guys) have to admit - it's a

pretty funny saga!

By the way, if those long messages about NEH funding fit into an e-mail

(message), that ADS-ANS deadline message ought to as well.
